COMMITTEE MEMBER ROLES

 

An RPG shall consist of up to (7) members excluding the Chairperson of the Committee of Management who is ex officio.

An RPG is required to have a minimum of four (4) executive positions filled that shall comprise of:

  1. a) A Chairman
  2. b) A Vice-Chairman
  3. c) A Secretary
  4. d) A Treasurer

An RPG is also required to have a Publicity Officer and at least one, preferably, two, Safety Officers. An individual can hold more than one non- Executive position. Publicity Officer and Safety Officer

All RPG / sub-committee members must be the nominee of a current full membership.

EVENTS

Online submission is mandatory for RPGs, Sub-committees and Working Parties.

Notification is to be submitted 12 weeks prior to event date and 4 weeks prior to COM Meeting.
